We at Hoffman Office Supply have completed another installation at a local manufacturer. We were shown an empty room that had no flooring yet and was about to be transformed into a room meant to house two individuals. Our task was to create the work areas for these offices, as well as provide a place where they and their off-site counterparts could collaborate, all while not boxing in the employees. And that is exactly what we did.

For the individual’s work area, we selected a “P” top desk with a standard return housing a file/file pedestal. In order to store valuables and coats, a wardrobe unit was added. Next, an overhead was installed with a tackboard underneath to give the end user storage, but also give the open feel that the client valued. All of these items were created and ordered from National Office Products. The second office is not pictured, but is a mirror to the one shown.

In order to create the collaboration area, we selected a media table that comes as a complete unit from National Office Products. This unit comes with a cafe-height table, vertical support panel, white brace with wire channels included for power, and a TV mount. Once this unit was put together, all we needed to do was provide the stools. A favorite of ours when looking for a good cross between comfort and affordability, the Eurotech DFT9800 was selected by the customer and are seen here. Also pictured is a TV which we did not provide.
