Furniture installation in Jasper | Hoffman

We’ve recently completed another installation here in Jasper, and this time it was all tables and chairs

 As you can see here, these tables were designed with the presentation and training use in mind.  Ordered from Tablex, these seven foot tables are outfitted with an acrylic modesty panel.  The chairs were made by Eurotech and come with a mesh back support, fabric seat, and casters for ease of use.

 

 

 

 

 

 

This particular installation was also engineered to conform to the flexibility of the room in which it is placed.  The main room can be divided into two  smaller rooms and allow for two presentations to be given simultaneously, or to have a very large presentation be given.  For this reason, we prioritized the ability to move and reconfigure these tables with minimal effort.  The casters on the bottom of the bases of these tables make their movement nearly effortless.

 

 

 

 

 

Because of our constraints, we needed the ability to store chairs and tables that were not currently in use in a minimal area.  For that reason, nesting tables and chairs were selected.  Seen here, these tables come equipped with two handle-latches that allow the table to be stored upright and greatly reducing it’s space requirements, while the seats on the chairs fold up and allow them to stack nicely into a small space.

 

 

 

 

 

All told, it was 24 tables and 74 chairs.  Time of completion for the installation was approximately 6 hours.
