Completed Installation at an Engineering and Design firm. | Hoffman

We here at Hoffman’s have completed another installation, and this time it is for an engineering and design firm.  By working in the industry, this customer already had a pretty good idea of what they wanted before calling us.  As such, the furniture we installed fit their needs perfectly.

All of the furniture that we installed at this firm was from the Canvas series manufactured by Indiana Furniture.  In the first room, we took a top, and added a modular peninsula support to each end (open-concept metal legs).  We then added a mobile pedestal and attached a cushion on the top to add storage and also to be used as a guest seat.

 

Next, we installed a counter-top height collaboration table.  As you can see in the picture above, this is a table with a center support and end panels designed to allow people sitting around it internal leg room so as to bring them much closer together.  The stools used for this collaboration table were Toby chairs, also manufactured by Indiana Furniture.

 

To cap the project off, the client requested a large tabletop to spread blueprints over, as well as ample amounts of storage.  We took 6 lateral files, all counter-top height, and attached a 4 foot by 8 foot top onto them.  This created the unit seen here, with 9 drawers of storage on both sides.  This satisfies the client’s needs for both usable workspace and storage.
